Dear Journal,
Today I arrived in Zambora by seaplane. The ride was fabulous. Luxury seating and gourmet foods were provided, but the plane was nothing compared to the island. We arrived on a separate island reserved specifically for seaplanes. From the moment we arrived I was taken away by Zambora’s beauty. When we arrived at the seaport, a friendly man greeted us with our luggage in hand already. He took us to a private ferry that transported us to the island. We got off onto a rainforest environment where we were directed to a place where we could buy or rent hover cars. We chose to buy one and drove to the capital city. The city was better than I had imagined. Floating skyscrapers towered over the busy streets of people. We drove to a building titled "Zambora Tours," and signed up for their helicopter tour. In no longer than 5 minutes a helicopter pulled up and we got inside. It lifted and I could see the entire city. We then moved over the rainforest area. From what I could see, tropical plants blanketed the forest floor. Animals that I have never seen before roamed the area. I was awe-struck. We then moved on to a frozen area of snow and mountains called East Zambora. Again I saw amazing animals that I’ve never seen before along with ones I have such as penguins and seals. After that, we moved to an area of sand and heat called West Zambora. The water was extremely blue and the sand was very clean looking. There was an area around the beach marked off specifically for adults over 21, an area marked off for kids, and an area marked off for families. After the tour, we returned to the capital city, got back in the hover car, and drove to the Town Hall to decide on the area to live. We walked to the Real Estate section. A woman greeted me and took me into a room to decide on where to live. We chose to live in the East Zambora, the cold portion of the island. The process to get a home was quick and easy. Being some of the newest settlers, we had a great variety of houses. We chose an incredible house on the top of the mountain. It was beautiful. It was stocked with food and any supply imaginable. It provided all of the newest technology and it was the perfect home. I think I’m going to love it here.

Today was a great day! We woke up this morning at our amazing new house to find our favorite breakfast foods already made for us, all of our belongings set into cabinets and drawers, and new outfits already laid out for us to wear. When we were ready to go, I took the kids to East Zambora Elementary School and enrolled them. The process was quick and easy and the kids were welcomed by a bunch of friendly teachers and students. After that, my husband and I went to East Zambora Hospital to apply for a job as a doctor. Because we were doctors back in America. The screening for the job was not too hard for us. We worked with other doctors so we could get the gist of things. They were very nice and informative. I was extremely excited for my new job considering I had the chance to deal with all the newest technology. At 12 o' clock, it was our hour off for lunch. We decided to go over to West Zambora and grab a bite to eat from a 5 star seafood restaurant, Shelley's. It was unlike anything I had ever seen before. It was a restaurant in a glass tunnel under the ocean. The food was the most delicious seafood I have ever had. After that, I went back to work. At 4, we picked up the kids and decided to go spend some time in West Zambora. When we got there, we all played beach volleyball at the family beach, adults against kids. The kids won, of course. After that, we took the kids to the kid's beach area so we could go to the adult's beach area to relax. The water was gorgeous and the sand was perfect. Then, it was dinner time. We got the kids went back home and found a delicious pasta dinner ready for us. After dinner, played games and talked until lights out. Today was a great day and I can't wait until tomorrow!

It's the weekend! We woke up at 10 am and ate breakfast. Today we decided to stay in East Zambora to play in the snow. The kids had a blast! First we went over the the Ski Shack to rent some skis. We went skiing on East Zambora's beautiful snowy mountains until lunch. At lunch, we went to an amazing gourmet restaurant made out of ice. The amazing thing was, the room was heated and the ice didn't melt! After that, we decided to play in the snow. We had a snowball fight, built a snowman, built an igloo, and went sledding! We couldn't believe it when a friendly penguin walked up to us. The kids were ecstatic. They had penguin races, not even caring that the penguin was 10x faster than them. Lots of penguins and people were joining the races, and it took a lot of convincing for the kids to get me into it, but boy, I'm glad they did. It was so much fun! After a long day of fun in the snow, we settled down for dinner in a Italian restaurant called Riviera, which was delicious, as the food in Zambora always is! We went back to the house and lit a fire to warm up. Today was one of the most amazing days of my life, and I can't wait to see what else Zambora has in store!
